Restaurant
The restaurant seats 90 indoors and 30 outdoors. It's ideal for banquets.
We offer a rich and varied menu of home-made local specialities.
STARTERS:
Home-made salami, pig's head in aspic, vegetables omelettes, black olives, salads of artichokes and bottarga (mullet roe) dressed with our extra-virgin olive oil.

FIRST COURSES:
Pasta dishes include: malloreddus with saffron and sheep's cheese, cooked in veal broth; ricotta-cheese and leaf-beet ravioli with meat and sheep's cheese sauce, lasagne with artichokes.
Soups include: chick-pea, pigskin and fennel soup and fregua with artichokes.

 

SECOND COURSES
In addition to roast veal, we suggest: roast stuffed cockerels, pork stew with lemon, lamb pan-fried in milk, and roast pork.

DESSERTS
Old flavours, like the sanguinacci di maiale sweets and some mouth-watering desserts: fried simbua, gattò, party sweets and cakes.

Wines, limoncello and myrtle liqueur, all strictly home made.
